By accessing and using TableFlux, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service. TableFlux is provided "as is" without any guarantees.

2. Use of Service

TableFlux is a browser-based utility for parsing, converting, and editing data. Because the application processes data entirely on your local machine, you are solely responsible for:

• The legality and appropriate handling of the data you process.
• Maintaining backups of your original data (TableFlux is not a permanent storage solution).
• Ensuring your browser and device are secure.

3. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

While we strive to ensure TableFlux accurately parses and exports data (including complex SQL and JSON transformations), you use this tool at your own risk.

We do not guarantee that exports will perfectly match your destination schema without manual review. TableFlux and its creators shall not be held liable for any data loss, corruption, or business interruption resulting from the use of this software. Always verify generated data (especially SQL `INSERT` statements) before executing them in a production environment.

4. Intellectual Property

The TableFlux application, including its design, architecture, and source code, is the intellectual property of its creators. You may not reverse-engineer, clone, or redistribute the proprietary components of the application without explicit permission.
